Return Policy

If you're not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with your metal detector purchase you can return it within 14 days.

It's as easy as 1-2-3

1 - You can return your detector within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Send us  your invoice or order number via FAX or email and request an RA. (Return Authorization Number).

2 - Return the metal detector and any free products that were included in the original box.  Any items you may wish to keep will be deducted from your refund. Be sure to purchase shipping insurance from the carrier of your choice.

3 - When the metal detector is received you have the following 2 choices:

a.  You can be credited with 80% of your original metal detector sale price towards the purchase of  another metal detector at our everyday low sale prices!
b.  You can choose to receive a refund of 70% of your original detector sale price.  Credit card orders will have the refund amount credited to that card.  Orders paid with bank check, money orders, etc. will receive a company check.

*Note: On all returns, we have to deduct shipping costs that were incurred even when invoiced as free shipping.  These costs will be deducted from your settlement.

This offer applies to new, demo, and used metal detectors.  Excludes Detectors with Lifetime Warranty, Professional, Security, commercial/industrial, and Specialty Detectors.  Returned metal detectors must be clean and in proper operating condition, not altered or damaged in any way.

Returned metal detectors are considered used and sold at a reduced price on our website or in our showroom.
